An all levels vinyasa yoga class! An athletic flow that will ignite your soul with creative sequences including twists, backbends, inversions and balance poses! Move with your breath and leave feeling calm and refreshed.
A 60-minute flowing vinyasa yoga class, with posture and alignment guidance. Suitable for all levels. Moving slowly, we will link breath to movement, overlooking the ocean. The practice is steady and energizing, ending with some restful postures and a guided savasana.
Full body strength and conditioning class. Using the most effective strength and agility movements to help you get the most metabolic burn.
All levels welcome. Modifications and alternatives given for each move. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to working out you are welcome. Come see how good you can feel from releasing your happy endorphins in the sun on the beach.
THE DETAILS
I am very passionate about teaching and grateful to share the gift of yoga. I love to see the joy, witness the transformations, and MAGIC yoga brings to people’s lives. My classes offer a great physical workout, emphasizing alignment and breath-work – “Work the body to quiet the mind.”
Give it a go and join me in class! Yoga is supposed to be fun! You will leave feeling energized and refreshed.
My certifications and training include: 500 hr. Bikram Yoga teacher training Acapulco in 2008, Barkan Yoga levels I-III in Hollywood FL, Pilates Reformer I & II by Boston Body Pilates MA, and more.
Leading yoga retreats all over the world, I am constantly inspired by the beauty of nature, different cultures, and the practice of living in presence and gratitude. My home in the summer is in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where the ocean is a reminder to surrender and let go.
My classes are playful, all-levels (beginner to advanced yogi!) and challenge the body while still relaxing the mind. I love to encourage growth and interconnectedness of the physical and spiritual self within the student and incorporate accessible levels and modifications for everyone.
My wish is that you step off of your yoga mat and into the world with a greater sense of gratitude, purpose, and zest for living.
My personal fitness background includes national level fitness competition, including titles of Ms. Fitness Miami and New England, 20 years of dance study,1/2 marathons, Reach the Beach Relays, Hiking ,Deka, and Tough Mudder races. I have been published in 5 Oxygen Fitness Magazine editions, Bump to Baby Magazine, and The Hampton Beach Guide, and featured as the guest trainer at the Whole Foods Store Vega convention.
I have trained the Winnicunnet football team during their undefeated season in 2017. I have also worked with the UNH Women’s Ice Hockey team and UNH-CHAARG. My clientele covers diverse demographics and needs.
